Thirteen Finalists win an amazing prize package with a retail value exceeding $650 dollars. Write an essay (500 words or less) answering the following questions:
Who is Edgar Krawly? Where did he come from? What diabolical deed does he do with all the brains he steals? How does this strange man, circa 1900 - 1920, step into a modern day "haunted" building? Why do people who enter the "haunted" building see mind-numbing scenes of horror, of every variety? What is the significance of the cryptic number sequence "29.11"?
Contestants must be at least 18 years or older at time of Essay submission. Contestants must submit a completed, legible entry form, a 500 words or less Essay and pay a $29.11 US entry fee. Contest is open until 09:59:33 p.m June 16th, 2010 ET.
They have put together an exciting line-up of prizes to be awarded to the 1st Place Winner, 2nd Place Winner, 13 Finalists, Top 50 Entrants, and even a $100 "Golden Stinker" Prize for the "worst, best effort".

Now that The Final Destination (Final Destination 4) is out on DVD, I thought I would take a moment to talk about this great horror movie series. While it doesn't fall in line with alot of the classics slashers in theme, it is still a classic horror movie series in my eyes. These movies can just plain creep you out if you think about it. The small events that can happen on a daily basis that could kill you, or come close to killing you is pretty hair raising. To face the possibility of death in everyday life caused by everyday activities can make you think about your mortality (for you mortals out there). Do yourself a favor and see all four movies in the series.
A Little About The Final Destination Series (source: wikipedia)
The premise to the film series about death is essentially the same: A group of people are gathered together at a venue, when suddenly a member of the group has a premonition of a disaster that will kill all of the people present. Horrified and motivated by the vision of impending doom, the person with the premonition then tries to prevent the incident by alerting the others. The other members have doubts of the incredible claims but the visionary is persistent, fracturing the group in hostile skeptics, dubious believers, or those that had no choice but to accompany the visionary. Soon afterward, disaster strikes as foreseen, proving to the survivors that the visionary was right, and their opinions change drastically.
Over the next few days, weeks or months, the same survivors begin to die in a series of horrific accidents until the same visionary notices a pattern and concludes that, while surviving the initial disaster, they are still destined to die.

Hello once again Horror Movie fans... The Frightmaster here. In my travels, I am often stopped and asked... is that your real face? I am also asked for recommendations on great horror movies, scary horror movies and even bad horror movies. At this, the greatest time of the year, the interest in horror movies seems to peek, so what better time than now to recommend a few lists for your horror viewing pleasure.
Halloween is the time of year when horror movies are dusted off, rented from a video store, or placed in the queue for some late-night, pitch-dark viewing. Hey there Horror Movie fans... The Frightmaster here again. I don't mind telling you, I love Horror Movies. I spend hours and hours in The Frightmaster's Lair sitting and watching tons of great horror movies. So many so, my lair has now been turned into The Frightmaster's Horror Theater.
If you are like me, you are always on the hunt for movies that you have yet to see. Well, with that in mind... I and my legions have compiled a list of horror movies that I like to call The Frightmaster's Favorite Horror Movies. This is not a list of all horror films that have ever been made, just a list of about 3000 of my favorites.
Take a look at The Frightmaster's Favorite Horror Movies page and you can browse the list alphabetically, or by the year the flick was released. You can also search by title if you are looking for a specific film or want to compare your favorites to mine. As much as I watch horror movies, I am sure to be adding to this list periodically... so keep checking back.

Breasts: we all love' em. What better way to show your love for breasts than to help fight breast cancer.
For the last couple of years Sean Decker of DreadCentral.com has been involved directly with Bowling for Boobies (a non-profit fundraiser which provides monetary assistance to L.A. women who are experiencing financial challenges as the result of fighting and living with breast cancer). It's been a vastly rewarding experience, as the money BFB generates goes directly to someone struggling with this deadly disease (and not some ambiguous reasearch society).
This year, they are at it again, with the 5th Annual Bowling for Boobies, which culminates on October 27th in Los Angeles at Jillian’s Hi-Life at Universal City Walk with a red carpet, followed by an evening of bowling. The Go-Go’s Jane Wiedlin will be on hand to knock down some pins with The Horror Starlets bowling team, which is comprised of Sean and voice actor Bill Millsap, along with Wicked Lake and Alluvial actress Carlee Baker, The Poughkeepsie Tapes and Alluvial lead Heather Snell, Dark Woods' and Zombie Honeymoon's Tracy Coogan, iMurder's and Slime City Massacre's Brooke Lewis and Penance and The Steam Experiment's Eve Mauro.

Hey there kiddies... The Frightmaster here again. Well, it is nearly October, and you know what that means... it is time for Halloween. One of the best parts about Halloween (besides scaring children out of their wits) is the ritual of pumpkin carving. If you want a leg-up on your friends, family and neighbors... do yourself a favor and go grab some great custom pumpkin carving patterns from our friends at Zombie Pumpkins.
Man, they have a little bit of everything... from movie monsters to television terrors to grinning jacks. They even have a pattern that looks a bit like the old Frightmaster here. They call it "Eye of the Beholder"... so I guess the beauty of my form has not eluded the masses. I might have to call my agent and see when those royalty checks will be rolling in.
