The ghost of Confederate General Jeb Stuart watches over his namesake and descendant, World War II tank commander Lieutenant Jeb Stuart. Although his crew believes he's half-crazy, they follow him, because his skills keep them alive to fight another day. Of course, young Jeb's tactics are a result of his ancestor's guidance, which include cryptic clues about things to come. The course of this series takes Lieutenant Stuart and his crew from North Africa to the European Theatre of Operations as World War II rages on around them.
